Analytics is optional

Lokahi Connect uses Google Analytics only after a visitor chooses Allow analytics. Before that choice, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and no analytics data is sent to Google from this website.

If analytics is allowed, Lokahi Connect uses aggregated website information to understand which pages and resources are useful, identify navigation problems, and improve access to information.

Remote service inquiries

The Services page links to an inquiry form hosted by Airtable. Airtable receives and stores your response for Lokahi Connect. The form collects your adult contact name, email, contact consent, and any optional phone number, support interest, and general message you provide. Submission time and the form source are recorded automatically. You do not need an Airtable account to submit an inquiry.

Inquiry notifications are emailed to stephanie@lokahiconnect.org. Stephanie uses this information to respond about services and next steps. Inquiry records include internal follow-up status and brief notes. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing, confirm an appointment, or enroll you in services. The form’s confirmation records submission; it does not prove that an email notification has reached an inbox.

Review Airtable’s Privacy Policy ↗ before submitting. If you use the direct email alternative, your email provider and Lokahi Connect’s email service handle that message.

Please do not include learner names, diagnoses, evaluations, school records, or other sensitive information. Ask Stephanie about an appropriate intake process if records are needed. Lokahi Connect does not intentionally send inquiry contents to its website analytics. To ask about your inquiry or request removal of its contact information, email stephanie@lokahiconnect.org.

What may be measured

When a visitor allows analytics, Google Analytics may receive information ordinarily associated with website measurement, including:

• the page viewed, page title, and referring website;
• general browser, device, and screen information;
• approximate geographic information derived by Google;
• visit timing and interaction information; and
• bounded events such as selecting the community resource-feedback link.

Advertising and cross-device signals remain off. Lokahi Connect disables advertising storage, advertising personalization, advertising user data, and Google Signals in the website configuration. Analytics is used to improve the website, not to build advertising audiences.

What is not intentionally sent to Google Analytics

• names, email addresses, phone numbers, or mailing addresses;
• student, school, evaluation, disability, health, IEP, or 504 records;
• the contents of questions or email messages prepared through this website;
• payment-card, bank-account, or donation-transaction information; or
• credentials entered into the Tutorbird Parent Portal.

Please do not enter private learner records into ordinary website, email, feedback, or donation communications.

How your choice works

The website stores the words granted or denied in your browser’s local storage so it can remember your analytics choice. If you clear browser storage or use another browser or device, the website will ask again.

When analytics is allowed, Google may use first-party analytics cookies to distinguish visits and sessions. Review Google’s Privacy Policy ↗ for information about Google’s handling of data.

Changing a choice to “No thanks” stops future analytics collection from this browser. It does not delete information previously collected while analytics was allowed.

External services have separate practices

The Give page contains an embedded Givebutter donation form. Opening that page loads content from Givebutter and its service providers so the form can display and protect transactions. Givebutter may receive technical information ordinarily associated with loading an embedded service, such as an IP address, browser or device information, the referring page, and campaign-attribution information.

Information entered into the donation form is submitted directly to Givebutter and its payment providers. Lokahi Connect does not intentionally send payment-card, bank-account, or donation-form information entered inside the Givebutter form to Google Analytics. Links to other external resources, email services, and social platforms leave the Lokahi Connect website and are governed by those providers’ privacy practices.

The Tutorbird Parent Portal is an embedded service. Lokahi Connect’s analytics cannot read credentials or private information entered inside the Tutorbird-controlled portal frame.
